Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We strive to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of quality before it leaves our studio.
Shipment Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. Our available shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day after processing.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
Currently, ByDayanna only ships orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments require a physical street address for delivery.
